The 2 inch tweeter is actually a woofer and also there is no capacitor network. This will overload the amplifier.

Indeed those are probably 2 inch woofers. Moreover, he has connected them in parallel, so the impedance will be around 2 Ohms... This will surely overload the amplifier. Why don't these people do a bit of homework before uploading such videos.
