WHAT a beautiful routine. How expressive she was, absolutely beautiful shoulders and arms throughout, wonderful lift to the music and the spins, leaps and dance all work together in harmony with the tumbling. Even without her signature tumble, just absolutely beautiful. She flies with the music. A masterpiece of choreography for her, and she is a master of her body in this routine, short landing on the tucked double notwithstanding. The spin at 0.38, just nonchalantly in there, just superb. I watched the entire routine just looking at the beautiful shapes she makes with her arms. Absolutely stunning. There aren't enough superlatives for her work; better than Comaneci and Kim at her peak, gone too soon.

This is a perfect example that you don't need super difficult tumbling to create a masterpiece.

Yeah. Though she DID have the most advanced tumbling of that era. She did the first full twisting double tuck in 76! She had it all. The artistry as well as difficulty, AND originality.

Actually her tumblings were crazy hard for that time, doing a full double back on a carpet was unbelievable as much as it is today simone biles' triple double, she HAD super difficult tumblings, that' why she was so good, not for her "artistry"
