Bro these happened because you have removed your Apple ID and here in your case iCloud access have revoked once you logout your main Apple account . Since all Apple in-house application use iCloud to store meta data and if user change Apple ID then your meta data will be automatically delinked and removed from application . And Here app use the same technique as it takes data from Health application which specifically matched with user unique cipher key . Solution for these is try to restore the health data from iCloud ( you will find these option is health app itself ) so once it restored to your health application here app will automatically sync data .

Bro Health data is sync and backup with your iCloud ID..do one thing sign out this ID and make sure to on option keep a copy…then log in the ID wait to sync those data it’s better to put on charging and connected to wifi then repeat same step sign out and keep the copy option turn on of health..!!!! Then sign in your wife account…!!!!! I Hope it will help U
