"Hua Mulan" is literally the Chinese word for Magnolia. "Hua Ping" is literally the Chinese for flowerpot.

I love the colors of these lanterns. The yellow lanterns I really don't care for. The kites are pretty. The outfits are pretty. I can see some nice dream snaps with the cherry blossoms.

I really like the lanterns. The other ones are specifically Tangled and I don’t use them in Dreamsnaps unless it’s Rapunzel inspired. These are more generic and can fit into any shot. 🏮

I'm ok with the lanterns. Reskin or not at least they're different colors. The yellow doesn't always go with everything. Except for the Cri-kee outfit so far it's looking good! Glad the kites aren't just carry around things.

I've cleared out a ton of space in the Wild Tangle for a Mulan-inspired area, already used some of the Turning Red items in there. I'm so hyped for this star path! Also they kinda did this before, with the Lovely Monsters star path, tying it in to the character update!

The kites are just a reskin of the balloons and so is the arch way with the other flower/stone archway….theyre slacking with these items.

I like the masculine outfit a bit more than the feminine one. I think if the feminine one didn’t have pink flowers and was more like the masculine one having gold flowers I would like it more. I’m definitely gonna have my character wearing the masculine one.

She missed out on the lanterns from the Monsters star path, so nice that she will be able to get these.

Why is Mulan typically depicted in her blue concubine dress or Fa Ping disguise in many recent non-Princess crossovers, but either in her green village dress or her pink matchmaker dress in various Princess-related promotional material? (although there are exceptions, such as Mulan wearing her armor in Sofia the First and her green dress in House of Mouse and Once Upon a Studio)

The lanterns are similar but not a reskin. The shape is different. Tangle lanterns are more of a rectangular shape and they seem to appear slightly larger than these Mulan lanterns. I think these are actually prettier than the Tangled lanterns too. I'm loving all the outfits and items in this update. I'm so glad we finally got some Asian influence. It's all so visually pleasing!

I’m wondering if the realm is going to look similar to the way it did Kingdom Hearts 2! From what I’ve seen glimpses of it really almost reminds me of it. Some of the way people have set up dreamsnaps lately have even looked like the Tarzan camp in KH1. But I’m so excited for this update!

I think the starpath is great I saw many cool things. BTW the motif pouches are back i got one today by feeding all the critters in the valley ( i didnt do that for ages) and when i did feed the raven there it was a yellowpouch again

Was it a Monster Inc motif? Because I know there were a couple of them added with that update. It can take a while for yellow pouches to show up too.

To be honest Mulan's skin is kinda...bad. It's boring and looks like a recolor of her default dress, they could have made a Ping dreamstyle...

Well, to be fair, putting BOO (who is a toddler in the movie) in the valley might not be as practical as having characters in the upper teens and twenties to middle age in the valley, but I do see your point.
