Hi, it's just so cute! I'm a big fan of Mulberry's older style bags and was pleased to see they've brought this one back in a very durable leather. I got an email from Mulberry the other week stating that because this year is their 50th anniversary they've brought back limited editions of more classic bags - a baby Roxanne (or Blenheim as it used to be called) and a mini Bayswater which looks tiny. I must admit that I'm tempted to get a mini Alexa in black after seeing your great review.

Beautiful Bee! I needed a new bag and couldn’t decide between the Speedy B 25 and the new Alexa! I did end up going for the SpeedyB as I had never had an LV piece. It came this week and I’m in love. I do however absolutely love the Alexa and think it will be a purchase possibly next year ☺️ xx

Oh gosh it’s just so stunning!! Congrats, great buy. I’ve got the original Alexa in black that’s been in a draw for years now so just dug it out, found it with a tan Mulberry Daria hobo I’d forgotten all about too! I really don’t need this as have the Loewe puzzle in tan medium, but............ it’s just so lovely! I must try to resist!

Hi, I just purchased the mini Alexa in cornflower blue. I'm still within the return window so I'm trying to find reviews. Is the company still in trouble?? I know this video is 2 years old. How do they hold up? If we undo the side straps to expand the bag, then the straps will just hang, right? Do you still recommend the brand? Thank you for sharing😊

I Now have 2 of these Alexa minis as I love the style. Great bag and one of my favourite brands. I’ve never opened the side straps I think that’s a decorative detail. Mulberry v successful these days

There is a big jump between sizes. The standard size is big and would be heavy if filled up with items. Also the big ones can really lose their shape

How do you like the tan color compared to Loewe's? I've been dreaming of getting Loewe puzzle in tan but as soon as I found out Mulberry's bringing the Alexa back in chestnut, my inner high school girl gasped as it was my dream bag back in magazines era seeing Alexa Chung rocking it. Is it darker/lighter compared to Loewe? Thanks!

I sold my Medium puzzle so I don’t have them together to compare. I think the Alexa is darker but I’m not sure - and is a very different leather. The Alexa has gold HW and the puzzle is silver as well. I’m rebuying the puzzle in small so I feel they are different enough to have both

@@beeshopspink I received mine today and gosh isn't it the cutest Alexa ever! I actually prefer this heavy grain leather compared to the soft ones they used to have, as it will retain the structure of the bag more. Did you take a peek on the inner pocket to see where it's made of? Mine's made in China and while I don't really care and will still keep the bag regardless, I'm curious whether yours is the same. I did hear all Alexas except the minis are made in England. TIA!

Glad you got your bag. It does hold quite a lot. (I managed to get my hands on an immaculate preloved mini Alexa in the soft buffalo oak - same as the one I already sold a few year’s ago ! )🤦‍♀️

Can you film a video comparing the Mini Alexa to the LV Alma BB, particularly a what you can and can’t fit in them? Pros and cons. I’m looking to add a mini bag to my collection and am torn between the two. I tried on both, but I have to say the adjustable strap on the mini Alexa has won me over. Looking to hear from your perspective 😊

I might be doing something about mini bags in general but not directly comparing these 2. The Alma holds my essentials but it’s about how to arrange things as the zip goes wavy if you arnt careful as the bag is so structured. The Alexa holds a little less but it’s easier to pack as the bag is squishy.

Hi Bee! I really loved this video. It's informative and funny. As if I needed another reason to get the new Alexa. I have it in the medium size in the classic oak color. I bought a pre-loved black one in the same size from fashionphile. I'm currently eyeing the medium in the color charcoal with croc print. Yes I’m sure it will pop up in videos when I return to making videos when the kids go back to school! I havnt had the chance to use it much as I’m at home but I do love it. It’s a mini bag but will hold more than say a pochette accessories or Chanel mini I can fit my agenda pm or a mini pochette in it

I’m so lucky that I have socials to connect with buyers as they know and trust me. I know there are groups on Facebook etc but I’m. I have sold on eBay but don’t like it really. I guess the other option is resellers but they’ll take a big cut.
