By the way. I appreciate you saying to not spray this spray close to your pets, super important! I know it can be an obvious thing, but for some people it isn’t. Hi I just purchased this bag in chocolate nvt it’s unused but the handles have left a fairly deep mark on the leather ? Any ideas ? it’s been stored since new from the lady I bought of x

It is one of the faults with this particular model. Mine is the same. Mulberry told me that it shouldn’t make a hole in the leather. If it does though, Mulberry can repair it for you.

Does the water protection do like the leather jackets does it make the bag feel different and leave the sort of shiny look
