Enjoying the videos. I always wondered how all the mulch came together. Thanks. Came from ODWTM! I was looking for the electric trucks and equipment- strangely couldn’t find any! Diesel rocks - amazing things you are doing. Learning a lot and looking forward to the adventures.

Sadly, I didn't win the PowerBall last night. If I had, I would have put all the money in a 501c3 that would have built a business like yours. Keeping vegetative debris out of the landfill and turning it into useful products while giving people good-paying jobs is certainly commendable. And none of those machines look cheap.

How does the dying machine work?

Hello Jim, I apologize for leaving this key detail out of the video! With the Marksman system, the operator inputs the water, colorant, and production rates desired. The Marksman then measures the production rate in real time using sensors to automatically adjust for material flow rates and variances. The dye machine has 2 sprays nozzles that fan the colorant/ water mixture onto the material as it flows into the Trommel, at a rate of 50 to 110 gallons/ minute. The material is completely covered with this mixture as it is flipped and turned as it goes throughout the length of the trommel, which has fins and shapes in it to ensure the material is covered and flipped.
