The black jubilee clip is for the top of the snorkel... The two silver clips are for the engine bay..

If you use 76 mm it won’t fit I used 3/14 inch plus the 3 holes nead to be 12 mm as you won’t get the grub screws in also you have to put the grub screws in after you push the snorkel through I found the template pretty useless to be fair
