मूली से money
जलवायु
. मूली की बुवाई करने के लिए ठंडे मौसम की आवश्यकता पड़ती है वैसे यह पूरे साल उगाई जाती है लेकिन यह ठंडे मौसम की फसल है इसके बढ़वार हेतु 10 से 15 डिग्री सेल्सियस अच्छा तापक्रम होता है अधिक तापक्रम पर इसकी जड़े कड़ी तथा कड़वी हो जाती हैं।
भूमि
मूली वैसे तो मैदानी और पहाड़ी दोमूली का अच्छा उत्पादन लेने के लिए जीवांशयुक्त दोमट या बलुई दोमट मिटटी अच्छी होती है. इसकी बुवाई के लिए मिटटी का पी.एच. मान 6.5 के निकट अच्छा होता है.
खेत की तैयारी
मूली की बुवाई करने से पहले खेत की 5-6 जुताई कर तैयार किया जाना अनिवार्य है. मूली के लिए गहरी जुताई कि आवश्यकता होती है क्योंकि इसकी जड़ें भूमि में गहरी जाती है गहरी जुताई के लिए ट्रैक्टर या मिटटी पलटने वाले हल से जुताई करें . इसके बाद दो बार कल्टीवेटर चलाकर जुताई के बाद रोटावेटर चलाएँ।
पोषण प्रबंधन
मूली की अच्छी पैदावार लेने के लिए 200 से 250 क्विंटल सड़ी गोबर की खाद खेत की तैयारी करते समय देनी चाहिए. इसी के साथ ही 80 किलोग्राम नाईट्रोजन, 50 किलोग्राम फास्फोरस तथा 50 किलोग्राम पोटाश तत्व के रूप में प्रति हेक्टेयर प्रयोग करना चाहिए. नाईट्रोजन की आधी मात्रा फास्फोरस एवं पोटाश की पूरी मात्रा बुवाई से पहले तथा नाईट्रोजन की आधी मात्रा दो बार में खड़ी फसल में देना चाहिए।
बीजोपचार
बुवाई करने के लिए मूली का बीज 10 से 12 किलोग्राम प्रति हेक्टेयर पर्याप्त होता है. मूली के बीज का शोधन राइजोबियम से शोधित करना चाहिए. या फिर 5 लीटर गौमूत्र प्रतिकिलो बीज के हिसाब से बीजोपचार के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है.
