I'm 26 today! I grew up in a bad neighbour hood, got addicted to Crystal Meth at 20, been to more hospital's than job interviews. I've been shot, stabbed, and bullied almost my entire life! and when I was falsely convicted for a crime I didn't do I used that time to get clean and spent many hours/days/nights listening to tapes like this! I now have full Custody of my child, I work with children, and got in the best shape of my life! and in the end I Don't want to be another victim to circumstance! I will be an inspiration to others and like Tony Robbins said "it's about WE not ME" with that being said I hope everyone has a good weekend and be safe!

The last year, I start and end each day and shift with some motivation.. and all through out the day... By the time you hit your mid thirties, you don't notice it but you grow a little cynical, a little pessimistic, a little angry, a little doubtful, and a little anything that makes life negative. It's just a slew of the negativities of life, but it all adds up to someone who is serious unhappy. In today's world, with all the entertainment and things to do, you forget to ask yourself if you're happy. You catch yourself in the gym, in a coffee shop, or just anywhere starring at nothing. Someone asks you, "what are you thinking about?"... you instantly respond with, "nothing"... I see myself doing this without even noticing it, and I see people all the time around me doing the same. You know what I'm thinking and you know what you're thinking when your starring... you're reflecting on all the mistakes in your life. Most of all, by the time you're thinking about the mistakes in your life, you lose the joy of life. That feeling of possibility and wonderment. I'm in my mid thirties and that's almost gone. I'm a good person, overall. I love my daughter, I'm well educated (two bachelors in chemical physics & biochemistry, a M.S. in theoretical chemistry, and a Ph.D in chemical physics), I'm a bodybuilder, CrossFitter, runner, make a descent income of $70,000.00+/year as a teaching professor, I was in a military (combat medic, flight medic, Airborne,... ), I'm in the best shape of my life... from an outside perspective many people will say I'm successful and accomplished. I'm not. I'm miserable. Why? Because I've become complacent. I thought by now I would be happy with so many goals meet in my life. That's the thing about life that I fully understand now and it's so true... if you're not moving to the next goal in your life, you won't be happy. So much more to do. So much work left. A M.D., more scientific research, so much more learning, being a better father, helping others, being the best professor that I can be... and central to meeting all these goals is that its fueled by discipline. Only one person decides whether you meet those goals... yourself. All those stupid cliches you hear like happiness comes within... eventually life makes you role your eyes to them. However, when you get tired of being the person you are now... you begin to listen again. You begin tethering away on what happiness means to you (for me, its accomplishing all those dreams and goals). In the end, if you do decide to follow that goal... that dream... you accept the fact that its going to take more work than you imagined. Failure will come in attempting your goals. It happens to everyone. Doubt, when your young, is just minuscule but as you grow older it fortifies a deep root in every aspect of your life and the feeling of failure is magnified. That's why focusing on what will help you needs to be a constant in your life. Get rid of all sources of negativity and gain new perspectives to life. Failure is just as important as success. Failure teaches you what not to do. Learn from it. If you're not failing then you're not trying. Don't let doubt root itself in your life. Don't become me. I'm just realizing this in my life all over again at 35. Life happens when you're not noticing it. Get on the ball. Les Brown said it best, "Go after your dreams like you life depends on it. You know why? Because it does."

Man, just be yourself. Let doubt creep, forget happiness and dreams for a damn instant. You will come up with something new. Why is there this huge escape from misery in our life like life was different from it. If you feel you are miserable just be miserable, because if you have to listen to Jim Rohn telling you what to do and what not to do you can be 25 or 35 or 85 you will go back to same circle. Accomplishment - depression - misery and a need for new videos.

It's easy, all you need is a knife, saw, charcoal, a stone and pine resin. 1. Cut upen your skin and pectoralis major 2. Saw your way through the ribs to your heart 3. Heat up a stone in the oven or a fire 4. Apply the pine resin on the very hot stone and mix it with charcoal, crush it all together. 5. Apply the mixture to the cracks in your heart 6.
