The electrical distribution network is TT. And the kew 6165 BT is optimized for the NEC standards of the USA TN-S networks. The protection action time is 0.4 seconds by default and I need to change it to 0.2 seconds for TT networks in South America. But the configuration menu does not allow me. Is there a firmware update available that allows me to customize the parameters more precisely.

Por que le dicen de falla ? no funciona si apoyas la pica en el trapo directamente ?

Asi lo llaman las normas locales. Falla. El porque habría que buscarlo. Si funciona la pica sobre el trapo directamente. Pero para aumentar la superficie de contacto y disminuir la resistencia de la misma se usa una chapa.
