Hello Clint, yes, each cable box is a "Source" of video. Since they only show one program at a time, you will need four Boxes. Thanks for the question!

Hey Gumby, Good question! If your matrix switcher is set to DHCP, simply plug into the new network and run an ip scan to find the new address. If you are using a Static IP address, you will need to change the IP address and gateway settings to match your new network. Hope this helps.
