After having seen several videos about this pedal, convinced of its quality, I decided to order it a few months ago. Once I received it, it had a bug with the on/off light, which would start blinking as soon as I connected the unit to either a 9V battery or a 500mA universal power supply. At the same time, all the effects worked perfectly, except the Phaser, because in Level Min the volume of the sound increases, without effect, while in Level Max the volume is completely eliminated. The store where I bought it offered me a new pedal, without the need to resend the damaged one (excellent customer service). With this second unit in my hands, I plugged it in, but it showed exactly the same damage. The store then sent me another pedal as a replacement (again the best customer service), but the same problem persisted. Now I have 3 Behringer FX600 pedals that have the exact same malfunction. The batteries, the power supply and the cables work perfectly in my other Behringer pedals (OD300 Overdrive/Distortion, HM300 Heavy Metal, TM300 Tube Amp Modeler and TO800 Vintage Tube Overdrive). I have no experience or knowledge on electrical issues, but I have investigated that these multi-effects pedals like the FX600 consume a lot of amperage, and that the problem could be solved if I used a power supply of at least 1000mA. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me on this matter. Greetings from Costa Rica!

I used to put batteries in mine, but this thing eats batteries like crazy. I could put a fresh 9v in, go practice for 3 hours with my band, come home, and the next day I would need to put a fresh one in. I bought a 500ma power supply and I have no issue, so maybe the issue is on your end? But that is also strange as the other ones you do have work with the same setup with no issues. 3 of them not working is very strange.

You can use a laptop or pc for any effects. You just need a guitar, a headphones and a cabel

This is the kind of demo I like. Cracks me up when people are moaning about it being plastic because they're too stupid to not hammer their stuff. Maybe if you drop it exactly right on a knob you might break something. Some things I would have liked to hear in this demo would have been to hear the delay and pitch shifter. Also, it would have been a step above everybody else' demo if it was recorded stereo out so we can hear what the chorus does in stereo. It would have been head and shoulders above all other demo if you plugged in both outputs from a stereo keyboard and recorded it from both stereo outputs. Do you know if it sums both stereo inputs to mono if you have 2 inputs and only one output or does it just ignore one input? I also really wonder what it does if you plug a guitar and a bass into it at the same time and run the stereo outputs into a PA. Thanks for the demo!

It seems that Behringer it's not the only one with this issue... It also happened to me with the Valeton Coral Mod... In that case, the Chorus is almost unusable.

Naah, it's more a gimmick. some of the digi sounds are actually nice, they sounded good with our dub mixes.. But same here, i wouldn't put it on a high end sound pedalboard

not quite this pedal leand more towards being a tremalo,pitch shifter and flanger pedal. but this same company does make great overdrive pedals for 20$! i would highly recommend for beginners

Literally just back from a gig using this pedal on bass and it's going in the bin. The latency is shocking,and the volume can't match the dry signal on bypass. This is only good for home demo's and possibly studio. In the real world of live music don't bother.

yea on bass it actually sucks, but it works for really cool weired Dub sounds in some special setups. my decision that time was - why not? at least its doing something😅 ever heard about the 'placebo' pedal from Chibson?

Yes, that's true, some effects are missing in this review, That's because they sounded strange in combination with the audio samples we used for this video.
