Thanks for watching the videos... Yet there is no such method I have came across with but if I find a solution, I will inform u... If you are designing a vaccine candidate and u r having less filtered epitopes, so than just ignore the threshold values of the epitope prediction...You can choose epitopes upto 100 percentile score...Thanks
