Golly Troy flexin. If I could, I would work for him. Already have the knowledge of working a crew that big and the 3x the hustle. If you're not jogging between houses with the trimmer or blower, you gone. Safety first though. That side of lawn care + is no joke. 1 chance depending on situations. Very easy to get lost in the communities they do if you've never been there. And learning all property lines. Troy seems so dam great to work for. He cares. He loves seeing crew morale high. He loves it. Hes like a Lil kid talking about equipment. Just lights up and doesn't need to question himself while talking about it

I just bought my first snow plow today! Got a snowdogg 7.5ft straight blade that an old guy used for his driveway and small business and then put away for 2 years. Mint condition and I got it for $500 because the seller had no idea what it’s worth. Excited to get more into the snow game this year
