There is one I wish I could find again. The FL ended up pregnant and her fiance tries getting her to abort the children but she manages to escape and get b away. She co,is back 5 or 6 years later and gets with the ML who is head of the mafia. You find out she is the daughter of a mafia guy as well. The ML marries her and ends up having to do some ritual or something where they stab him numerous times so that they were allowed to marry. Her former fiance is also the ML best friend

There is another good "fall into TV show/book one (longer than this) sometimes called things like "General's Little Wife" and "I got hit by a car and woke up inside a comic" and "The Little Wife of the General". This is a great in-novel production with very good actors. The storyline might be fairly simple, but the storyline has some good twists and turns to keep you interested. I was highly entertained by this one. Enough to put it on one of my playlists. So, don't miss out on this one. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! FL is writing a drama where the plot is the pregnant heroine being hit by a car after rescuing the hero and being pushed in front of the car by the hero’s mistress. The heroine dies in the arms of the hero. FL thinks the plot is crap but she is forced to write stories with bad endings because that is her job, but she would rather write one with a happy ending. The hero in her stories is the “perfect man” and FL wishes she could actually meet someone like him. While watching the meteor-shower later that night, FL falls and is knocked unconscious. When she wakes up, she is sitting on a bench in a wedding dress. She is then approached by a man telling her to get into the car and go to her wedding. When the car door opens, she sees the hero of her novel and realizes that she has somehow entered her own novel. She is getting married because her character spent the night with the hero (ML) and is now pregnant. He wants to marry her, have the child and then divorce. Since she knows she will one day disappear from this fictitious world, she doesn’t bother to claim any money and signs the marriage agreement without a second thought. Soon, FL is caught up in the storyline of her own novel, confronted with the characters and plots she developed herself. But the change in her personality seems to attract ML and her actions cause for the storyline to change, making it impossible to fully predict the future. What will happen if the storyline spirals out of control? Will she be able to change the fate of her character? When will she be able to return to the real world, if ever? Well, not spoiling too much, this has a very happy ending.

So, her idea of the "perfect man" is one who would get a woman pregnant while not married, THEN marry her only to discard her once the baby is born? 😅😠 What a joke. This is nice. I like how she was as honest as was reasonable and as she could be. How she tried to solve things by being sensible. How even when the SFL (or would she be a 3rd FL?) was treating her burn, she was polite. I like that the changes that were made due to the butterfly effect allowed the ML to become a neat person. SPOILER SPOILER. . . . Just for a few seconds there at the end I misunderstood the subtitles and thought that he was saying HE was the author and she was in HIS book.
