This brotherhood really does do everything together, including proposing while forgetting the rings. I loved this show. It was beautifully done. The brotherhood was the best I have ever seen. I really have no clue as to why it has such bad reviews.

The one who give bad review is the competitor of zhang han dramas. Because they lose in script and rating. So they edit many picture and video from his drama in earlier episodes and make bad propaganda. After that all zhang han haters and buzzer from them directly used this chance to make him fall. Well zhang han always got financial backup from his family. His family come from conglomerate from northwest china mining alliance. So he is veritable second rich generation.

I started rewatching the series...I just wanted to enjoy it again. Plus I want to see where all the negative feedback was based on. What movie were the critics watching to say it was vulgar, and disrespectful of women?? !!! Even the storyline about abortion was handled respectfully. Living in America 🇺🇸 this topic runs deep with the Roe vs Wade being overturned by our Supreme Court. Since watching the dramas I watch less and less of American TV.

I’m not too discriminating so, I really liked, flaws and all. Storyline disjointed, unrealistic plans, no such thing as talking to lawyers or checking out the background of your potential investors. Xu Duo didn’t talk about her trauma, how did Li Jason pay his rent, why happened to big plan branch out, why couldn’t the slick salesman sell himself verbally, Introduced too many storylines that weren’t resolved according to my translated. According to the credits, Zhang Han wrote and produced this Tv series. Did he also direct? It doesn’t matter. I’ll watch any non period drama with him in it.

I don't think "Chinese hate the show", only those who don't like to see that the film shows how advance China has grown especially in the development of Information Technology and 5G. In fact, I am quite infected to see Chinese have very enjoyable and happy lives nowadays. I loved this drama. It was so different from the other dramas. i loved all of the "asides" used. That is, when the character would make their thoughts and feelings known by just displaying the subtitles and mentally speaking to the audience (us). Kudos to Zhang Han who was the screenwriter for this drama. He's proven that he's not just a pretty face and talented actor but clearly he knows how to tell a story well. I think this may just give him an award. Wonderful drama and great acting as well!!

It is a shame this drama did not receive good review in China. It was relatable, lighthearted and fun to watch. A very quirky drama, it hits the right strings at times, in which it takes the serious topics and daily living we can relate to portraying real emotions. Fresh Drama thanks for sharing this drama.

It’s rare that a drama with such a big cast can make each one of them so unique and so integral to the whole story! I can’t imagine the show without any of the main cast, it’s just such a fantastic show, the director and writers did such a great job! And what a pleasure surprise to see Xu Lu as a guest role right at the end, couldn’t think of a better guest for the show!

This drama is one of the best that I’ve seen in years. It has all the components to a great story. There were happy times, sad times, funny times, arguments, support for each other between the friends that makes this drama so realistic. I had so much emotions from watching this drama. The dedication, trust, love, caring, honesty and truth that these 4 gentlemen have in their sworn brotherhood relationship are so admirable. I’m so glad for the happy ending. Zhang Han produced and starred this drama. What superior accomplishments!! As for the negative comments and low ratings…….there are evil people out there with so much jealousy and hate that they create fake accusations to bring someone down. And so many gullible fans fall right into it. I watched from the first episode to the last and DID NOT see anything inappropriate. I highly recommend this drama even though it was just taken down. My comments to the entire cast: Kudos and congrats to all of you. Great job and keep up with the excellent work. You have millions of fans who love you and think very highly of you and your acting skills. ❤❤

I was late for the Premier of both Episodes. I finished up 40 just now. This was a rewarding show. I cannot say enough of this [I feel will be a classic]series. Zhang Han created the storyline produced directed and I'm sure he had a big part in castings. Bless all of you. Shame on those who criticized this project.

This was indeed an excellent series - relationships between men are very rare and when it is 4 even rarer. Yes, it is possible to have continued relationships and have wives too. This is even rarer! The writers did such a good job on keeping the male side of life in there relationship too. In this day and age where equality matters there are differences between mailers and females in how they relate emotionally. And I feel the writers hit the mark.

Have never commented on dramas that have watched before but this drama is a masterpiece..... I don’t understand the low ratings on douban but I believe the show is more focused on adult that have seen life, pressure of jobs, relationships and experience a lot. Plus most good masterpieces like this also have low ratings on douban, I hope the Chinese critics do more on ratings of show because internationally this shows/dramas rock!!!!

Loved this drama that made me laugh and made me cry in each episode. So nice to watch a show where 4 men, who are so different in many ways, could be honest with each other in their life situations and lift each other up. Excellent acting and writing.

It's a very good ending to a great series! It's too bad that there are so many negative feelings from others about this. Nevertheless, I think it was definitely worth watching, even with the (small) cringe worthy things, and I'll probably rewatch it in the future. I think it was time for something different! How fun it was to see Xu Lu in this last episode as well 😀 Fresh Drama, please keep it on KZbin, even if others decide to remove it from their platforms!

When I first read the negative comments about Zhang Han...how he sexually molested the FL, I was totally taken aback. For an actor of such popularity, why does he need to do this & exposed himself to criticism and attacks. There are so many ladies out there who are dying to be with him. As I have commented on another episode before, "accidents" do happen during the filming, where ML & FL accidentally touched each other where it is not supposed to be. Like in a kitchen, "accidents" do happen where you accidentally cut yourself, or, have hot oil splashed on you, etc. I love the story & it gave me a glimpse...a different perspective of how the men & women feel, reactions, etc. I take my hat off to Zhang Han for writing such a wonderful script. I am also happy to see the cast including the supporting roles, have worked together with Zhang Han in other dramas before. Nice to see them, including Xu Lu as Mo Fei in Sunshine of My Life. I really enjoy the OST, especially the songs at the beginning & ending of the drama. Overall, I would definitely re-watch this drama. To those critiques, I wish them well and be happy & positive, and not look at things with their blinkers on. Enjoy the beauty of the whole forest & instead of busy attacking just one tree. Like I always say, Life is short. Cheers😊

Love the storyline of this drama. The cast did a great job portraying their rolls. For me one of the best scenes was the happy ending, just loved it. Zhang Han did a wonderful job writing and directing this project. Zhang Han keep up the great work. For those who gave this drama a bad review, I don't believe they truly watched the whole drama.

Great story 👍. Should be watched by more men, so that more people are more aware that they should be a reliable person for their loved ones (spouse and children). And that we should never chickened out of changes or obstacles, but should always go through it together with your spouse. More gentlements are needed nowadays 😄👍

I skipped most of drama i am watching just to bits am interested in but never on any episode of this drama, i watched them all. The story is so refreshing, the portrayal of main characters is soooo realistic, it will be one of that i will repeat when i have free time.
