This show is showing us that mothers are also human. Just because they became mothers doesn’t mean they are completely healed of any past mental scars or trauma. And just like any other human, this trauma can still affect how they treat their loved ones and people around them; even their view of life. Once you understand a person’s pain, it doesn’t erase the hurt they caused to you, but it does help create room for forgiveness and understanding.
