True but FL is not that smart and trusted or nice to the wrong people, how many times did she betray and try to kill him but get mad at him by taking his daughter away for a whole year because he pretended that their daughter died? Did she ever consider the emotional damage it would have on the child who just met her father but was taken away and probably lied about why she couldn't see him? She quickly like to see the ML as the bad guy when things go wrong but the people that abuse and abuse her get a slap on their wrist.

I have not heard any with his voice yet and almost all actors are dubbed so it will be hard to tell. Also due to his voice being amazing director doesn't dub him because they know the audience loves it.

Thank your for your work but this is extremely toxic. No matter if he was tricked, he´s a jerk and a rapist, sad thing cause i really like this actor. He did so many bad things and hurt her deeply but she was willing to come back to him as if nothing bad happened, i know that he´s her daughter´s dad but that´s not enough to forgive his cruel behavior. I regret watching this, good thing that i skipped a lot, even though, i´m stressed and outraged.

If it’s not for Zhen Ziqi, and I also checked the ending, I would have dropped it at the first 15 minutes because of FL’s role😂. She kept saying to ML every time after she betrayed ML that’s the only way to save her daughter. Fingers crossed she will be better afterwards. Ooo we. 😅 I liked it but didn't like it at the same time. Out of the maybe 4 or 5 sex scenes, 2 of them weren't consensual and I'm surprised I watched through it. This drama is hella toxic and although I like some toxic screen time, the un-consensual stuff is typically a big no in my book. Anyways, the ML typically excels in these azz-hole type roles and boy did they push this one to the max lol. He put the female lead through major turmoil and goes back and forth with toxic behavior early in his so called relationship with the Female lead. This doesn't last the whole drama FYI. He takes a bullet for the Female lead but it's NOT the bullet of forgiveness that wipes all the trauma away. In the hospital he tries calling her, and while she does pick up the phone, you can see him have flash backs on how he mistreated her and decides to let her go, she deserves better. She goes abroad for a year but comes back for a competition. It gets really messy really quickly when she comes back and I feel like the conflict she had with her Female friend could have been better explained by FL. And yes, they do eventually get back together, so while taking a bullet didn't give him any brownie points, I think time away helped heal her wounds and helped him mature and cherish this second chance with her. I'm just using movie logic of course. Under no circumstances should women in real life give a second chance to an abuser because that's how one could end up in the grave.. don't mean to serious out 😅, I'm just saying that for the impressionable ones among Us. Spoiler up ahead... Maybe I missed it but I dont think it ever came up in the FL & FL's friend Convo that so & so was the kids dad and that they were romantically involved prior to the engagement and that the original drugging led ML to be FL kids dad. Like that revelation to the FL friend would have been a full circle moment and made FL look less like a back stabbing friend/mistress. Looking at it from the friends perspective, "I introduced you to my man, more than a man, my fiance, and you gave him ecstasy soup. Have him calling you love of my life on stage and you've only known him a day" lol Im just saying. 🤷🏾

All jokes aside he needs to be a big star because he is better than some First-line/traffic actors we see over and over in bigger roles and drama. I have observed that a lot of these actors and actresses in short dramas are more versatile in their acting abilities than you see in Chinese drama-popular big stars. I got tired of seeing a lot of overrated hype actors in bigger roles for the past three to two years so I stopped watching for a while until I started watching mini-drama/short dramas. FL is self-destructive I got so tired of her recycled lines that writers need to come up with better FL or SFL characters in these dramas some are only watchable due to ML's. FL is not that smart and trusted or be nice to the wrong people, how many times did she betray and try to kill him but get mad at him by taking his daughter away for a whole year because he pretended that their daughter died? It was wrong what he did but she has betrayed him so many times, did she ever consider the emotional damage it would have on the child who just met her father but was taken away and probably lied about why she couldn't see him? You can be uncomfortable that your partner is going to talk to someone who loves them or that they are going to be with someone the opposite sex but you do not have to be a monster about it You can be decent. He's not thrilled that she's going to talk to that man but he also saw that man fight to not give in to an aphrodisiac... He knows that that man respects her and the MLs relationship with her. I'm so sick of the jealousy that people have in these movies where they instantly blow up at the woman instantly don't trust her or get violent. I do wish in this that we saw a little bit more of his character growth during the last year while she was gone or even if he had talked about it but obviously there was some serious character growth
