They also get better living and better working conditions than IITians (Eg: Most IITians are expected to work minimum 12hrs today). And Nurses are welcome in almost all Western Countries. It's very easy for them to get in. The goal of most girls in Kerala is to do BSc Nursing and migrate to US or Europe. The goal of most mallu boys is to marry a mallu Nurse and go with her to US or Europe. You will never hear an American Nurse say they lost her job to an Indian Nurse. It's the lowest hanging fruit. There might be other such jobs also which are in high demand... But BSc Nursing is so easy. Can't understand why SO MANY Indians are so crazy about joining IIT? *Is it the quest to become the best ENGINEER?* OR *Is it just to get a better paying job?*

Your advice to the family was spot on. I will be grateful if you could pass on my message to the person who asked the question. 1) not being a male chauvinist but If mother is good state of health (both physically and emotionally) she should take care of the child full-time because she can look after the child better plus provide better emotional support to the child. Father needs to work equally hard, particularly in the evening when mother can rest. Autism is lifelong condition so you are on duty all the time. 2) autism need a great financial support. I'm 40 lakh down in last 8 years. So earn money. Most of the Therapies are not covered in insurance. So if mother is earning more father should stay home. 3) it sounds harsh but autism kabhi pura thick nahi hota but every child can get better. So parents can work hard to make a child independent. Many children even go and lead normal life. Thank you Sir for your kind attention and support. Truly grateful.

Akshay Yadav, best and short way is open a demat account with established broker and then ask them they would be able to help the first thing is to secure the physical certificate make photo copy first, second is you need registered will Or probate to transfer it's called transmission of shares...
