3:33 Facts! My PVC didgeridoo is tuned to D but the first trumpet is all the way at A. It wasn't until I bought an F tuned teak didgeridoo that I realized how easy toots can be compared to a PVC didgeridoo.

@Musicislove123 Thanks you! and you kind of answered your own question. I'm not sure about breaking up an air column but it will add bass and usually increase volume as well. Those two effects will happen without lowering the drone nearly as much as it would if you opened up and built it longer instead of wider. Hope that helps!

@eltotoX Awesome, PVC can play very well if you use it right. For the best Vocalization have the neck bore larger. To make a multidrone with good vocals you will need to find the balance you like. I find that because i coat the interior with a hard exoxy resin that vocals project even on tight bore necks. But basically, larger bore didges have better vocals. Good luck!

@acidfriend47 I think it is one of the canon rebels... My buddy Mike Occoner films all of these videos with that and records sound separately. He's the man, no mike, no WET videos

Ahhhh MASTER. I know this is an old post, but I will be starting to make my own. I will be turning mine on a lathe and splitting. I guess my real question is, how do you add sections?

Hi! Thank you so much for all content on this channel! I am about to craft my first Agave Didge and found the software Didgmo, but it looks really hard to understand, I am Brazilian and here we use other metrics system. Do you have experience with this software? I'd love to have a class of it! Thanks! Keep Didging

Great video will! very informative. I was curious though, you said making the bell longer brings the horn note closer to the fundamental (or something like that?) what if you instead made the bell not very long but instead very wide, would it compensate for the lack of length or would that simply break up the air column on the inside and only make the instrument very bass heavy and unbalanced?

Thanks A LOT for this! I've been looking for something like this, some of us can't afford good didges and have to resort to PVC! (also good didges are hard to find around these parts of the globe). One question, though: what should I have in mind if I want to make a didge that is good for vocalisation? Thanks, Will!

The way he bends the pitch and creates an almost distortion like effect at 23:49 and 23:57, is that particular to a multi-drone didge or is it equally easy (or hard) to do on a traditional didge?
