Ya escuché un par de podcasts de Reuben - así que fue genial ver la cara de la persona que oí. Su habilidad es muy impresionante para un joven de 21 años, y con el tiempo no hay dudo de que mejorará más allá de su actual exelente nivél. Lucho con los mismos problemas que vos dos dicen: es difícil mantener cierto nivel en muchos idiomas al mismo tiempo, así que a veces también me siento como un "impostor" cuando la gente dice que hablo “tantos idiomas” - porque soy lejos de ser perfecto (y siempre estoy mezclando palabras en uno y otro idioma (incluso con idomas de la misma familia!). Tambien estoy de acuerdo con vos dos que a veces, es más divertido estudiar un nuevo idioma que hacer el duro trabajo luchando de mantener el nivel que ya tienes. Gracias de nuevo a vos dos por este video! - :)

Excellent. Well done both of you. The English subtitles meant I could understand the whole video and eg pick out some words of Reuben's Catalan via Spanish. Very interesting to hear about the language purity issue for Catalan. Looking forward to the next part.

"A través" és correcte a la frase "vam passar a través de la muntanya" (significat literal), però "Ho vaig obtenir per mitjà d'uns amics", segons els lingüistes més primmirats.

Hello laura! I loved your video, do you have a tip for learning Norwegian faster? Was it very difficult for you to learn Swedish?

Swedish was relatively easy for me because I already spoke German. I was checking out Duolingo and a basic book for a month and then I switched to comprehensible input podcasts. I also had no pressure whatsoever to learn it, so it was just something fun I dedicated time to every day 😊 Depending on what languages you speak already, it might take a bit or less time. If you are struggling, I would definitely recommend to get a tutor or take a course. Good luck and have fub 🤞😊

Sono molto contento che vuole imparare il rumeno. Non sarà troppo difficile per lui visto che parla catalano, spagnolo e francese. Credo che già conosce anche tante parole in italiano. Romana e foarte frumoasa, sper ca i-ti va placea si Romania. Probabil vei avea ceva dificultati cu gramatica, dar ai si un avantaj, limba romana ca si spaniola se citeste asa cum se scrie.
