As everyone on is confused let me clear up the confusion. Gemini is born and brought up In thailand. He used to go to a international school because of this he mostly used English his whole school life and even though he reads and speaks Thai sometimes he has hard time pronouncing & reading some thai words. As we know thai is a pretty difficult language and has different tone for similar kind of words so it's pretty normal for people to make mistakes. Just multilingual problems 🙃

@@love06036 tone. Both are tonal languages. Thai has five. Mandarin has five as well but the tones are somewhat embedded in the character. In Thai, it’s denoted by adding an accent. Plus, Mandarin uses Pinyin to help foreigners understand. There’s not a truly helpful way to do this in Thai. Romanization of Thai looks weird because of the way they attempt to represent consonants for which English has no equivalent. Ph is kind of a strong “P” sound. “T” is not sharp like it is in English, it’s spoken with the tongue more on the palate and not with the teeth at all. It also has a slight “d” sound. Pb is a unique sound not found in English. Nmdt isn’t found in English. There are a few. I’m only just beginning to hear these after watching BLs for a few years!!! Mandarin is a little bit easier. Q = sh so my name Qing, is pronounced shēēng. C = pretend you pronounced the “c” but don’t actually 😂 like, a C on the middle of your tongue combined with a pretend “t”. X = like a “sh” but instead make a similar sound with the middle of your tongue near the palate. Z = z+sh like you’re saying “sh” but with a z. I sound insane right now. They’re both complicated. 🫠

It's sad that people learning in international school can't read their own mother tounge. I am always partial to the people like , Raja Ram Mohan Ray who apart from his own mother tounge Bengali,can read n write in Hindi, English,French,Arabic, sanskrit and percian . Learning your mother tongue is always easy and should come first.
