These companies didn't leave Pakistan because of corruption or political instability as this a problem Pakistan facing since its creation but these companies business and revenue were growing in Pakistan for a long time. The reason most of the pharmaceutical companies left Pakistan is because their business is import and dollar based business. At this current stage, these business facing problems in importing medicine because government does not easily give LC to these companies. Also these companies are facing problems to retrieve dollars from Pakistani bank and most of their R&D work are done in dollars hence they were facing problems related to R&D in Pakistan.
