Sure. You can do that but only do this if your question is super long otherwise you don't even need to add a scroll arrangement. Your text will automatically break into multiple lines if needed.

But I have a question. I accidentally got out of the project, and when I tried to get it again, I got the first screen, but I couldn't get the second screen, so how do I get it?

@@craftera2012 if you just created it, your progress might not have been saved by MIT App Inventor. if the screen is not in the screens drop-down right next to the add screen button, you will have to make it again.

Inside the setupQuestion procedure, there is an if/else block . The if condition checks if there are still questions left in the quiz. When the if condition is not true, we go inside the else block which is the quiz over condition. You can insert code for opening next screen there.
