I love this,I only need a planner for my farm I have around more than 600 na coconut trees,may mangosteen,durian, lansones,rambutan,mangoes,bananas,pomelos,Chico,buco pandan,guaiavano, papalit palit na ako ng mga tao,dahil maliban sa hindi nagtratrabaho ng husto ,gusto lang magpa sueldo, madaya pa at hindi naiwasan mangupit.Mahirap para sa akin dahil nasa labas ako ,ipinauubaya ko na sa kanila kaya nagawa nila ang gusto nila wala kasing naga bantay,madalas nag si sinungaling,wala akong gulayan sana maka kita ako ng mga taong all around lahat mags pagan at honest.

Hindi po kayo makakahanap nga all in one.. hire a farm manager kahit fresh graduate na agri graduate. Plant out your farm operation system with him so he can manage and audit your farmers. Palitan lahat ng tauhan namihasa na lahat cla Hindi na mag babago un at magagalit pa sa mgging farm manager nyo po..

Hmmm. Nawala comment ko. Looks more like farm-themed resort. Napakaganda ng stated goals. Pero di ko alam kung paano magiging sustainable yan. Kinalbo muna ang bundok para magawa lahat. Matagal tagal din bago makabawi ang environment diyan, even with proper design. Ang aquaculture is nasa taas so curious ako sa water source. Yung lake/pond in progress mukhang di rin designed to collect water from elsewhere sa bundok so it looks like it has to be supplied by pump. Curious din ako sa inputs na kelangan lalo na para sa mga hayop.
