Great day on the flats.
I used 3 lures to get consistent bites.
1. Slam shady 2.0/mulligan on a 3/0 owner twistlock 1/8 oz
2. Zman Texas eye jig head 1/8 oz. Zman MinnowZ in Slam shady color
3. Mirrolure Mirodine MR17
Setup Used:
7’6 G Loomis GCX Inshore - 902S XF
Shimano Sustain C3000HG
10 lb J Braid 8X Grand
20 lb Seaguar fluorocarbon leader

Hey Donnie, was out there twice this past week. yesterday 11:00 till 1:00 nothin, walked about half way to sand bar and back . Tide was very low. Not sure what my problem was. Slam shady 1/8 owner. Was definitely an adventure going through the mangroves. Thanks for the info, keep up the great work and thanks for sharing. Was hoping to see you out there

That trail will eventually dry up and just be mud so it’s easier to get through. If the tide is low you have to fish all the way out at the sandbar where there are some deeper holes.

That would be great! I fish in Bradenton sometimes too. I was a SS member for a time but not anymore. I still love their baits though
