I don't think I've ever been more stressed trying to piece together a video! After 60-65 hours, I am proud to present to you the first ever pvp challenge that doesn't include either Link or myself, but instead the community. Please smash the like button, and if this gets good feedback, I'd be 100% down to create another with different rules and different people. :)

Would definitely be down to see more like this. I did have trouble following everything if I'm being honest, with all the different voices and not just one crafted story. It may be easier to follow if each team had their own video? Overall love the idea and hope you do more like this in the future.

It was a little rough with both fighters moving around so much and using orb of occulus (I think) to observe, but if this is carried over to a Link and Rargh style fight where they mostly stand still it would be a massive upgrade

What a treat to be part of this! Deathless ToB and Jad on a level 70 Iron was definitely one of the maddest things I've done in this game but so worth it, for the sweet sweet content if nothing else! Huge kudos to everyone who took part, don't quite think the amount of hours taken and split between the team can truly get enough justice - 158 hours of continuous playtime in 1 week. Big love and let's do this again soon!

Great idea and very well put together, had me entertained from start to finish. Props to both teams, that fight was epic. Looking forward to more! Rargh, I liked that you checked in on each account at the end of each day. I appreciated your veteran observation for the progress. My only suggestion is making a screen that compares each team visually, side by side. Levels gained, quests done, key items (both cumulatively and for that day). I know you talk about it during your walk-throughs but it might help to have a little visual summary all in 1 screen for the b's and g's to compare day by day. Either way, congrats on another incredible production man! Best of luck.

I've watched every one of your PVP challenges with Link and just about every challenge you and Link have been a part of with other creators. I think this is top top tier content as you get to see massive amounts of progression very quickly which leads to way more interesting possibilities in the fights, not to mention the banter and analysis along the way. Personal suggestion, more introductions to the players to get to know them. I know not everyone is talkative but more banter clips of the teams would really help the viewer build a connection / favorite team. Normal accounts would open up more content which would likely lead to very different setups and potential for RNG. As a viewer, OSRS videos are the most fantastic when people are able to risk it for juicy RNG drops. All in all please do more, loved it! Nice work!

Absolutely fantastic idea Rargh!!! So many more formats possible. Could even invite some other creators like EV/Soup do. (Though seeing some channel staples was super fun) You could do this again locked in specific regions or do region vs region (if you find a way to make it fair) Or you can make the final fight a 2v2 and progress 2 accounts as a team not just one. Im sure youll come up with fantastic ideas just wish i could like this twice. gz beast

Put up stat/quest/bank value comparisons between each day, maybe highlight some key big ups or changes to keep it easy for us to read/digest and it'll also help keep the time between clips a bit shorter. Also perhaps make the time limited to 7 days of account playtime instead of a flat 7 days, I know they have multiple people on their team but a few hours of playtime difference can really affect the outcome of the final fight and unless the players can all do this full time it's not really fair if one team full sweats it and the other team takes a more chill approach. Really cool watching this, loved the concept of the video, good stuff Raargh!

What a great idea! I'd love this even more it if this was spread out over time so we can get to know the members of the teams. Maybe one day per episode & the teams meet Rargh & discuss at the end? It would be fun to follow the tears & triumphs along.

This was a really fun video. An idea for a variant for next time is to have each time have group ironman accounts. One main account for the final fight and the rest can do their own content to acquire gear/food/pots for the final fight. I think this would allow some new strategies that you normally don't have enough time to go for.

A similar potentially cool idea is both you and Link recruiting teammates for a GIM PVP episode/series. Only one account from each team actually fights but the others help gather supplies and drops for the captains to use.
@Anonymous-ks8el2 жыл бұрын
Restrict the fight area to an 8x8 square on flat terrain, it would help with the spectator camera so you don't need to constantly move the camera and the invent overlays won't obscure the players This was an neat journey, multiple accounts or account restrictions for future fights would be interesting
@Physicism2 жыл бұрын
Such a sick concept and video! Really well put together for the first one like this Only critique I could give was it was difficult to follow who was talking in each clip. As others have said it would be good to see their names in each clip, but also maybe change the colour of the two teams? Have one red and one blue? Make it a bit easier to identify which team it is

This was great! If you did this again, I wonder if it would be better to split it up into multiple episodes, with maybe 1 episode for each day of the challenge. Not that there was anything wrong with this version, it was great to have it all at once, but I think splitting it up could potentially be cool to spend more time seeing their progress each day (less cut footage) and building suspense more as the challenge goes on. I imagine it could also help you get more views (in terms of all episodes combined) than a single episode.

One other piece of feedback: the volume felt a bit inconsistent between different speakers. I had to turn my volume up to hear some of them
@christianpederson77442 жыл бұрын
💭 Just a suggestion for the next time you anything similar; All Spectators should come geared and prepared for pking to both deter and/or protect combatants from a random stray pker or any other outside interference. You were able to chase someone away at one point, but if you were geared properly it would be more effective and offer more security overall. As I was watching the fight In the back of my mind I was nervous that a random squad or clan of pkers was going to suddenly crash through the Trees and snipe one of you off! When you consider that altogether 310 hours had been invested into these accounts, a random mishap like that would be pretty brutal to recover from to finish the video. Compared to the spectators on the other hand, losing gear is much easier for them to replace! Just a thought…
@lPkPkers2 жыл бұрын
I have a great video idea after seeing this hear me out: 2 players have 5 accounts each (same gear and combat stats) logged in at same time - fight to the death, team with the last player left alive wins. The idea being both opponents have to attempt to multilog pk one another's team. Will be funny at least. (:

Rats are the spiritual team Link here with the 1KC granite shield, black d'hide clue, conservative plan that finishes ahead of time and decides to just send some ToB (surprising no purple) and ultimately wins. Cows the spiritual team Rargh here with the ambitious plan from the get go scrambling for time making some compromises like on the gloves to finish the plan. Definitely comparable to Link vs Rargh since they both forgot the 2nd recoil.

Omg that was so amazing u need to do that more often wow such a change but u guys should do it then have them give u and rargh to fight. This was honestly amazing. I almost didn't watch it because I didn't understand. Frankly you could probably do just vanilla rules for several fights and still have different outcomes (granted rcb and ds bolts is kind of the obvious one) though banning minigames could be interesting.

This was great. I love you guys but if these mad lads can push the limits of the game a little further (like the ToB run), I'd totally be down to see more like this. One thing I've always thought would be great is to invite viewers to form teams to compete against you or other OSRS creators. It might help to expand the creator community on OSRS by providing a platform while giving your viewers a chance to take part in what you do! Anyways, always glad to see more content from you. Keep it up!
