As a person living in jammu i can comfortably say that before Article 370 all the powers were in the hand of Kashmiris.... Jammu and ladakh were deprived of funds though being more civilized..... And we are able to see change now

​@@samsameer3671unemployment can be done through industrialization, not through govt jobs only. Acceleration in industrialization can only be achieved with better infra and connectivity. And aldo when you invest in infra project, it not only create jobs for civil engineers, but also for the labours who work in steel industries, cement, earth moving industries. These chain goes down to mining sectors like iron, coal, gypsum, asphalt etc. This process is known as "trickle down" effect as per PC Mahalanabish (founder of Indian Statistical Institute)
