Entry level అంటారు మళ్ళీ 2years experience ఉండాలి అంటారు, లేకపోతే multiple skills ఉండాలి అది కూడా basics ఐతే కాదు, intermediate to pro level expect చేస్తారు. Job portals లో అయితే కొన్ని startups లో vacancies చూస్తూనే ఉంటాం, 'role for just react or angular' ani just with one particular skill. అలాంటి companies లో జాయిన్ అవుదాం అంటే అందులో ఏది genuine, ఏది ఫేక్, ఎప్పుడు ఏది దివాళ తీస్తుందో అర్థం కాదు. అయినా కూడా జాయిన్ అయ్యము అనుకోండి, గొర్రేకన్న హీనంగా ఉంటుంది, వర్క్ ప్రెషర్. ఇగ వాళ్ళు ఇచ్చే salary తో మెట్రో సిటీస్ లో బ్రతకడం చాలా కష్టం ఇప్పుడున్న cost of living కి. ఒద్దురా బాబోయ్, మంచి జాబ్ opportunity kosam వేచి చూద్దాం ఆ లోపు ఏ government job కో try చేద్దాం అనుకుంటే, పైన బట్ట కింద పొట్ట ఒచ్చేవరకు ఏ జాబ్ రాదు. మళ్ళీ కెరీర్ గ్యాప్, jobless ga society ని face చెయ్యాలి, అబ్బో.... ఎంప్లాయిమెంట్ అనేది కరోనా తరువాత మరింత ఘోరంగా మారింది. ఇంత face చేయలేకనే ఎక్కువ మంది fake certification, consultancy ద్వారా అడ్డదారులు తొక్కేస్తున్నారు. ఇగ ఆ తరువాత దొరికినోడు దొంగ, దొరకని వాడు దొరలాగ బతికేస్తున్నారు. చెప్పాలంటే ఇది Google and Facebook create చేసిన Matrix. అందులో ఈదుతున్నాం.
