I have a really good question...I have 2 accounts added now, but i can only play RANKED or MMR in just one of them, because it says that ONLY one phone number can be used to play RANKED or MMR matches. Playing Dota 2 by the way

you can but I'd recommend you use 2 different phone numbers

@@Remmay i can confirm, i removed my phone number from my VACd acc and added it to my newest acc, and then activated the steam guard on the new acc first, and then the VACd one, i guess it's safe to have a VAC banned account on a multi account steam mobile auth, but idk about fully-banned or trade-banned accounts.
