Yes, Frsky is OK. Flysky receivers are also good and affordable. The key is that it's a full range receiver.

Do you think the MPX Lentus comes anywhere near the flight-performance of a 3m plane from ArtHobby or Blejzyk? These planes are comparable in price, but use abachi/ balsa over a foam core for the wings.

I would guess that the gliding performance of the Lentus is significantly worse mainly because of the increased air drag (foamy).

Hi Andrej. Do you think this would fly well on a suitable slope minus the motor ,esc and lipo. Just receiver battery and lead. The kit and wiring seems to be a good price for thee metre model

Yes, it totally would. But having the motor is a nice thing to have when you find yourself in a trouble.
