After a while youll be able to identify them all. Ive been watching them for over a year now and i LOVE them. One of my fave channels on YT cause they are just so real, normal humans not putting on a show. It took me a few months but now i can tell them apart 98% of the time even if they dont say who it is instantly or have their special clothes on lol.

@@miki4251 Gender identity and gender expression are both specific pieces of the larger concept of gender. I wasn't specific enough in my post and jaxosaurus was correct. I was referring to expression as the OP stated "feminine" (expression) rather than "woman" (identity), but it is important to be clear here, because TERFs use the general "gender" to invalidate trans folks by stating that the whole thing is a social construct. While it appears none of us seem to have intended that, I'm glad I had the option of editing my post.

When Iris said hello to Ollie, I wondered if the animals of the household ( can’t remember names of the top of my head) react differently to different alters... Like if they have a favorite alter, or an alter they avoid ;) Cats especially have very specific people they like, and dogs know who they can get to do anything for them - so just wondered if that was anything you had payed attention to?!? ;)

Mine do, my newest kitten can like sense when I'm not me and hes only really bonded with me and one alter so the other two he runs from. Hes warming up to my protector but the 4th one doesnt come out much anymore so when she does he freaks out a bit, shes pretty different from all of us. I have a "little one"and the cats adore her. My 2yr old car has kinda been around a lot of different types of people overall so he loves everyone, sweet sweet boy.

Watching this video 3yrs in to Jess being DID FREE is mind blowing I love the boys and I can still see parts of them in Jess now because they are all parts of her but at the same time looking back you think how is it possible because they are so different to her however Jess now is still very much Jess then, the brain really is just amazing the different looks voices mannerisms and now they are just all one. I recently learned about your channel. My cousin has DID (he was adopted out of a very terrible situation), and he is a rare individual who has an alter who commonly threatens to kill the host, and a delinquent alter who has landed them in jail more than once. The way I've understood it, they all age one year in one outside year. Our 14 years old boy (part) had a crush on Ollie when he was 14 too.. after that they have both changed ages, Ollie has grown up and our boy spent some time being 11.. Hi guys!!! Happy December, hope you guys have a fantastic holiday! BTW, I saw an episode of Hoarders where the hoarders children came back to help the mother... I guess the mother, aside from raining 5 kids in a hoard, was quite abusive. One of the children, a woman has DID and, since finding your channel, I honestly could tell when one of her ‘system” took control to help with her emotional trauma... when it got tough, she got quiet, non emotional... just a different personality. Thanks to you guys I had more understanding of what was happening!

Not even the first question and Ed is already there about to flip a table 😂 I can't 100% say I feel him but I mean it looked so relatable. Anyway there's a lot I could say but I honestly don't wanna write a paragraph. I don't know all of you really well quite yet but I love the channel and watching you all especially in videos like this where you can see how everyone thinks about a certain question and also how they explain their answer. I must say I never got that "he's a scary guy" vibe from Ed (but maybe is cause if we have to pick favorites he'd be my favorite but I love all of you and I now feel bad saying this) but I can get what the others that put him as most misunderstood came from.
