Multipoint Lock Handlesets

We have a thermathru 3 point locking door, when ever someone tries to pull up handle and rush the closing the deadbolt it jams in the locked position, I’ll bet I’ve pulled it off the hinges a dozen times in 4 years, I have replaced all the lock mech, it’s a fault in the lock new or old, do you have any info on this ? When I free the door then i have to remove deadbolt cyl then reinstall and it’s fixed till the next person rushes locking the food. Errrrttr

It sounds like this may be a door alignment issue causing the lock to keep breaking. Have you tried to adjust the hinges? Most locks have a 10-year warranty. Feel free to send us an email at [e-mail] with photos and more details!
