Multipurpose Burr Vs Probrewing Burr

For me it's trully like 2 different grinder in brewed result (yes the burr design quite different)

My first perception between this 2 burr:
.
pro brewing model : light, sweet and longer after taste, bright acidity like fresh fruit quality with great layering
.
Multi purposed burr : sweet, roundrr and rich body, acidity more like ripe fruit and not as complex as pro brewing model. After taste slight shorter but sweet
.
The grinding experienced for me the multipurposed burr has more grip and bite make is about 15 second faster compare to pro brewing model.
.
What I amazed is how easy and fast the burr swapping moment only need 2.5 mm L-wrench and I wished pietro provide it because in Indonesia this size a bit challanging to source
.
Overall a great grinder for both burr but if I have to choose the pro brewing still win my heart

Kalo aku tak taruh di pinggang seperti lagi mancing lebih gampang koh , emang ini grinder ribet buka atas nya aja susah
