I am making some measures on an RLC circuit, i put the V and A oscilloscope on the circuit, and I have seen that the phase displacement between v and A change dipending on where i put it, before or after a condenser or inductance, is it normal? current is the same on all the circuit why i have this?

I don't believe there is an ohmmeter. You can place a voltmeter and ammeter and use Ohm's Law to compute resistance instead: V = IR.
