Happy watching episode 5. Story keeps getting interesting. It's a new story where female lead does not show immediate interest with the male lead and prefers the second lead. Cliche but well done. 😅 All characters are alive. Song Yiren's General Dad and young prince characters are good in acting. Even the King in the last episode showed good acting. Song Yiren and Wang You Shuo❤ have good chemistry.

Agreed. Her acting like a twelve year old throwing a tantrum is getting old. She has zero respect for anyone, not even her family. Unfortunately I feel it's going to take something bad happening to someone close to her because of her behavior to make her wake up and understand her behavior is unacceptable.

I completely agree that she is spoiled and emotionally immature. However her father has a huge fault in her actual behavior. Why? Because he failed on how to educate her correctly (not using with the beating because I am against violence) but by setting healthy boundaries for her, telling her how to respect others since childhood and also have her face the consequences from her acciones so she could learn the sense of responsibility for her actions. Also he should have listened to her opinion about the engagement after all it was her life at stake. At this point in the story she doesn't have romantic feelings for the male lead and she was completely honest about her opinion with him, she absolutely never leads on the male lead. Lying would only cause more hurt for the male lead. Only because of multiple misunderstandings and strange circumstances he believed his feelings were shared by the female lead. Male lead is indeed very kind, inteligente, sweet and respectful and deserves to be happy however feelings can't be imposed nor should be forced by any means on anyone. Male lead eventually understood this because he is emotionally mature at the same time he took actions to make sure nothing harmed her and wanted to cancel the engagement. At the end of the day I still believe her father carries the most of the blame for the unhappiness of both his daughter and poor male lead! The father is pushing both male lead and female lead in such a difficult situation!

My heart is breaking for the ML. I can empathize with both the FL & the ML. What the FL said to the ML was very hurtful but I can also understand her point of view at being forced to marry a stranger. Strength in a person can come in many forms & isn't always about the person knowing martial arts. There is also strength in character & mind which the ML has in spades 😊. I'm hoping for a hsppy ending tho.
