Absolutely love this drama, now a fan of ML & FL (names please), this was well acted, written and paced. The lead couple were good looking with nice chemistry, wish they had more romantic interactions, height difference too cute. The twins were so adorable and acted like real kids. This is a great favorite. The villains didn’t get by, they didn’t get a ton of screen time from the leads (big plus), not talking or arguing for long periods of time, the FL didn’t get slap tons of times either, if it had great music it would have been no. 1 top.

This was a cute attempt at a re-make I've seen many times. The best part of this is the clothes. The female lead had excellent wardrobe, kudos for that. The twin girls wore the same clothes every day, that's unrealistic and I know child actors have a limit on how many hours they can work, but someone could have given them some extra clothes. Also, the writers and directors couldn't work in how the male and female leads didn't notice how similar their children looked. This re-make is the worst version I've seen using twins 'cause the leads barely mention or acknowledge each other's children, which made the whole drama fell fake. Also, what kind of parent sends a 5 year old to the store while she sits home doing nothing... not believable. Also, the last 7 minutes of the drama is when the ML finds out he has twin daughters. The bulk of the drama is filled with nonsense and periodically the twins make an appearance. The cast did their best, but there was no chemistry between the two leads and this drama felt like the director was struggling to get this film done. I feel sorry for the actors 😪 This was okay. I give it two thumbs up 👍 👍 for the nice clothes on the female lead. 2:45:19

Recycled CDrama with borrowed story lines from different other versions. Just like the other dramas, unfavored daughter that changed her life when she left her ‘family’., was left in the ‘outback country’, obtained genius medical knowledge, and gave birth to idential twins, however the older one was stolen after birth. Just because a person does not look like everybody else, does not mean that they are ‘ugly’! I’m sure these people calling others ‘ugly’ believe that they themselves are so perfect…NOT!😮Just so happens that both twins often have the same hairdos and outfits when they change places….how convenient. 😂That AnAn guy [aka scumbag, I think it is a requirement for each CDramas to have at least one!] is a laugh, he so egoistic, so he’s prefect for the evil step-sister and her selfish family. Why didn’t the cp noticed that there are 2 girls with the uncle at 1:02:35, when they were viewing the surveillance videos? The grandmother at 1:07:36 is way too enthusiastic in making a match, right after surgery too, she is too cute.😂😊. What kind of guards does ML has, as they didn’t even protect him nor kept a barrier between the evil person and ML at 1:47:34 !? Why is FL frighten at the sight of blood at 1:48:32 when she herself is a top surgeon? Some people believe that they are so entitled that they refuse to take any accountabilities for their own unlawful actions! Is it me or the want-to-be Mrs. Huo [the childhood friend] wears the same set of flashy jewelry on all her scenes?
