Thanks for this video. I would like to ask what is the unit measure of the power spectrum after running MTM FFT on demeaned data. I searched anywhere and I could not find a reliable answer. Thank you!

That's a tricky one. It would be possible to have the original units (e.g., microvolts), but there is a lot of windowing, averaging, and overlapping time segments, which makes it difficult to preserve the units. In these kinds of analyses, it's usually best to normalize to arbitrary units, decibels, or percent change from a baseline time window.
