The processing speed of any firewood processor greatly depends on the cycle time of the machine, the diameter of the log, the overall length of each log (longer is better) and how straight they are. So it would be helpful when claiming a processing speed of 7 cords per hour it's best to state the size and length of the logs run. Also cord is a very ambiguous term. Are you referring to 128 cubic feet, stacked tight? Or fractions their of?

Loading and unloading 7 cords an hour is a big job, logistics has to work nicely for that. In theory sawing/splitting could be possible, but I suspect that old Murphy throw some challenges at the overall operation...

You are amazing! we have a 3040 and at best (which is good enough) with the right sized logs, we can only get 2 full cords / hr. If you wanted a job, looks like we could pay you about $200/ hr. with the amount of wood you can do.
