Not really, not from me at least. Patch notes should be releasing today or tomorrow and we'll know in detail all the changes. Its possible the temper will be fixed to actually do damage. Also the new Battle-Mad Aspect change means it should have a place in this build instead of Conceited for a small damage gain I think (Depends on weather or not we can reasonably swap weapons 8 times in 4 seconds or not). Time will tell
