if the samples in my dataset are represented by real valued vectors. like {batch_size, vect_length] should i used mixture of multivariable or univariable?

I think that seems like the application for the multivariate GMM :). Multivariate refers to the feature dimension, i.e., what you called "vect_length". You could only use the univariate model, if the "vect_length" was one. Hope that helped :) Let me know if sth is still unclear.
