He mentions meeting Bugs bunny again, which while being an easy reference to the first movie with the bunny tattoo on the woman Neo has to follow, just like the rest of him moves, I think this specific quote is a reference to the newest Matrix Movie, where one of the characters is literally named Bugs (or I guess it's her codename?) and mentions it's taken from Bugs Bunny. She ends up meeting a sort of Agent Smith, or some kind of body possession of another character that supposed to be similar to him, but it ends up being nothing. I think. It's a hard movie to follow, though that's mostly because it's pretty bad. Regardless, a neat reference if it is supposed to be referencing that.
