shaggy has a combo that works on every character other than small characters (its infinite on some of the cast like shaggy finn jason steven, just to name a few) and it consists of only pressing 2 buttons. It is simply forward tilt (which is his jab), forward tilt, jump, fastfall nair (neutral air), repeat. If you reach the end of the stage you can even turn in around by inputting 2 jabs then dodging behind them and inputting 2 jabs and continuing the combo. It works all the way up till around 80-85% and you can either do a super shaggy up special for the true 0 to death or you can read their dodge (which is usually away from you) with a side special or dodge cancel attack.

This guide actually did help me improve at least a little already. I'm definitely gonna keep training and maybe even watch the video one or two more times another time to make sure I get everything. I did the same with the old guide and that helped me too and when I saw that you made a new Shaggy guide, I knew I had to watch and learn. Thanks for the guide!

Even after the nerfed. The charged sandwish can still catch people off guard on 2v2😂. Have a buddy be a disruptor while charge up with a sandwish, and throw at them. If your buddy is comboing them with atleast 60+ dmg or higher. Its mostly guaranteed kill.😂

Shaggy in 2v2 is so insane because if he’s left alone, rage can just blow up someone for free lol. Gonna have to try his sandwich rage move more, I stopped using it after they nerfed it lol

You can still somewhat jab dodge cancel if your opponent's near the edge of the stage, with some nair and uptilts i've gotten 50 percent at best but usually around 40.

Only problem is if the opponent expects it, they can parry and punish you, I’ve gotten packed like that a couple times lol. But it’s quick enough to where it could work on someone who can’t react quickly

Dlight dair doesn’t work on di out, it used to be a combo in beta but they REALLY nerfed it in release. You could get 1-2 loops if your lucky before the di influence on dtilt becomes too great

am i the only one who in the lab the combos land but when someone can actually control the enemy character they just fall out of the combo effortlessly???? it is annoying me like jab jab up tilt then the up special misses but hits every time in practice can anyone help?

It’s due to a mechanic called D.I (directional influence). If a person holds a direction, it’ll influence where they end up. So if you hit them with, say, uptilt, and they hold towards you, your up special won’t connect

Shaggy currently has 55% winrate with 8% pick rate in 1v1s. Meanwhile Jason, a character that people paid real money to get him, has 36% winrate with 9% pick rate in 1v1s. But.... but..... Shaggy is weak🤓

Any character that can get out attacks in quicks succession just cook me. Can't get past their defenses. Gotta play so cautious and it's really annoying. Bugs with his spin into hammer destroyed me this morning. Shaggys spike doesn't have any priority so batman,Harley, bugs and any other quick up attacks just go right through even if I'm like 90% of the way through the animation

I actually figured out why this seemingly “permanent disadvantage” (is what I call it) happens, where it feels like u can’t do anything. I’ll make a video on it soon, but pretty much, the problem is the neutral and playing with premonition. Need to read _where_ the opponent is going to go based on past habits, and that’s how u punish them before they strike

It's great how you can throw down or up and it also launches diagonally up so you can throw down, launch and then knee or upspecial. But I hate how you cannot even use your normals or Ki-charged down special while holding the sandwhich.

Problem about Shaggy is, that he is too strong for his required skill. He IS the easiest charakter in the Roster. Harleys atleast have to use their brain, even tho i hate her with burning passion
