Maybe he's prejudiced because Finn's coming from a mediaval-age world and the last time Morty was in world like this he got molested and almost raped by a talking, walking jelly bean. Not totally incomprehensible.

I think the reason why Morty acts the way he does towards Finn is because he's insecure about himself and feels jealous. Around Steven, he sees them as on the same level (because Steven mostly acts childish) and doesn't feel the need to compensate as much.

Honestly I think he just sounds happy to be hanging out with someone around his age that's genuinely nice. Not to mention one with a his own shared of screwed up experiences, I can't actually recall if Morty has any actual friends beyond what rick does.

Most likely the case. At the very most this version of Finn could be 17 and he’s also canonically a “chick magnet” in his world lol. I think Morty thinks like the social hierarchy of highschool and just doesn’t like him immediately

@@kuribohbrother There's also just a fairly likely chance finn might want to fight morty with the things Rick gets him roped up into. In one of his dialogues he even has to pull the "lawful neutral" card, which is a pretty funny double reference.

@@GreaterGrievobeast55 Finn’s had a couple things to say to Morty I believe back in the beta and from my memory they weren’t really negative right? He’s definitely more concerned about Morty and Finn has evolved into a person that doesn’t go blindly fighting and assuming the worst out of everyone throughout his series. His interactions definitely seem to be the more matured Finn despite using younger design in game.
