Hi Sam, I remember another KZbinr (Zoella I think) had an issue with the deep sounding voice on her video. She fixed it by adjusting one of her settings when rendering her video. It may have been the processing speed. Sorry I don’t remember exactly but hope it might help save you from buying a new camera! 💕

For the bolognaise I would add bit of white wine, a stock cube, some celery, fresh rosemary and basil. More tomatoes like you said, and some sugar. Sugar makes such a difference in Italian tomato sauces you have no idea. And obviously salt and pepper 😊 x

If you add soy sauce and tomato puree to that bolognaise and it will add another level, I promise! I'm a vegan chef and I make lentil sauce all the time. Also good if you puree half and stir back in.
