Mumbai ke famous Vada pav banaein ghar mein hi behad aasaani se. Mumbai Vada Pav with Dry Garlic chutney. Recipe in Hindi.
INGREDIENTS :
---- VADA PAV CHUTNEY ----
PEANUTS - 2 TABLESPOON
GRATED DRY COCONUT - ½ CUP
GARLIC - 15 CLOVES
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TABLESPOON
SALT - ½ TSP
---- VADA PAV BATTER ----
GRAMFLOUR - 2 CUP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
AJWAIN - ½ TSP
SALT - ½ TSP
RICE FLOUR - 2 TABLESPOON
BAKING SODA - 1 PINCH
---- VADA PAV MASALA ----
EDIBLE OIL - 1 TSP
HING / ASAFOETIDA - ¼ TSP
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - ½ TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
CURRY LEAF - 8 TO 10 LEAVES
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ½ TSP
SALT - 1 TSP
LEMON JUICE - 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
