Wow! Superb presentation Alka 👌Har ek dish bahot tasty lag raha tha, but my favourite was the starters and gulab jamun (heaven) 😋😋. In that pizza, was the paneer tikka flavour there? Thoda bland lag raha tha.

Thank you. Honestly, most dishes were yummy and Pizza, Mediterranean, Sizzler and Paneer Chilli Canapes were yum, tastier than the Indian food. Pizza me tikka wala flavour nahi tha, thoda subtle tha but it was super yummy. Special mention about the Coco Delight...MUST MUST TRY

Alkaji, any Jain food brings the true flavours of underlying ingredients and they are not masked by strong onion & garlic flavours.. At times one can get away by using stale ingredients by masking their bad taste by onions etc. So please do not make statements like 'I never thought Jain food will taste this good' as its myth that is being created that unless its typical regular food it can't be tasty...

@explorewithalka Jain food is not about just onions & garlic. It's much more than what you see & hear. It's also about combinations to avoid. Traditionally it's our ancient culture & values as to how food is to be cooked. I wouldn't call some Chinese traditions as 'Jain' food just like we can't call our Indianized versions of 'Chinese food' as authentic Chinese..
