The songs brings tears into my face, a recount hidden which the modern-day Zambians are not even ready and neither interested in facing. A people who forget the past are condemned to repeat it

My grandfather Elias K Bwalya was one of Alice Leshina's servants (Lumpa), he was kìlled and murdered by the Whites through Zambian Soldiers 😢 RIP grandpa....💔

It was the first Pentecostal or calismati church in Zambia, white people hated her and kaunda was afraid of her. We should honour this woman a mighty woman of God.

A beautiful song, yet so sad it strikes my heart....i recently read about her, she was just oppressed by the British and so unfortunate that KK ordered the demolishing of her Church in 1970/71 he followed wht the British did to her😢 How heart breaking it must have been to her, under house arrest and hear that the church building has been brought down 😢

Bless up and thanks for clearing the lies people know about Lenshina, she meant good and was only hated because of her race and the fellow zambians were so shameless to stand up and support the destruction of one of their own. Bless up Mumba.
