Mumbai Billboard Collapse. Using Structural Analysis to Prevent Catastrophic Design Failures.

On May 13 in Mumbai, a billboard was toppled by strong winds, resulting in the deaths of 14 people and injuries to many more.
To prevent such tragedies from happening again, we need to understand the mechanisms that caused this collapse and what could have been done, from a structural design perspective, to prevent this terrible structural failure.

Hi I need advise for a simple 6m x 3m billboard foundation. Height from groundblevel to bottom frame length 2m I want to use 100mm sq tube x 6mm 3 post system. Can i use direct post? Recommended foundation dimensions?
